NESIT just got a shiny new toy, a Prusa i3 MK3. Our members love the machine, it’s quality is unbeatable. We’ve had it going all week and cant get enough. Let’s hope the other printers don’t get jealous.
NESIT held a successful sign making class. Everyone had the chance to have a custom stencil made, and were able to bring their sign to life.
Tim has been perfecting his method of making wooden signs, look out for a class in the future!

As it turns out old sledgehammer heads can be re-made with new fiberglass handles and a bit of elbow grease. The public computer workstations are well underway. And pegboard organization is looking better thanks to the Deltabot printer which can print PLA sturdily enough to create pegboard holders.
NESIT will be having a jewelry making workshop just in time for Halloween on Wednesday October 5th (10/05/16).
